How to Make a Scrapbook Out of Paper Bags

1). Cut the bottoms off of the paper bags. Leave the bag folded, lift the bottom and cut straight across. Trim as necessary for a neat edge.
2). Fold each bag in half lengthwise. Stack the bags on top of each other, matching up the folds.
3). Make holes at the fold edge of each bag with the hole punch.
4). String the ribbon through each hole and tie a knot or a bow to secure the album together.
5). Center the card stock paper over the paper bag page, trimming the paper as necessary to fit. Glue it into place.
6). Decorate the pages as desired with photos, stamps or stickers. Glue any other keepsakes into place.
