Do Eye Exercises Work? Damn Right They Do

I used to suffer from a few eye problems - most notably blurred vision and eye strain from staring at the computer screen for too long during office hours.
Having always been a subscriber to the holistic school of thought for improving my health issues, I picked up a program that dealt with natural vision correction.
The program used methods that were famously published by William Bates many decades ago about how anybody can improve their vision naturally.
So I tried the program, and here are my findings: Do Eye Exercises Work? Since reading the program, understanding how my eyes function and how I can get the best out of them I can honestly say that I am now in the driving seat when it comes to my eyesight.
I know how to look after them, when they are stressed and what exercises to do in certain situations.
For example, often I get lazy eye from staring at words on the computer.
I can now feel it developing as well as seeing it in the mirror and have a small series of exercises that I use to combat it.
It used to be a problem that would last for long periods of time, but with the exercises I can get rid of my lazy eye for months on end.
How time consuming are they? In times of stress or where I feel my eyes are in bad shape, I'll spend around 10-20 minutes a night doing some of my eye exercises.
Within a week or two, my eyes will be back to normal and I'll lay off the exercises until I feel the need to start them again.
Can anyone do them? Yes, even if you currently wear glasses, you can still do these natural eye exercises.
If you work hard at the exercises, you may even find that over time you're able to reduce your dependency on your glasses and even that you no longer require them.
