HOW TO KEEP YOUR EYES IN GOOD CONDITIONS

Eye is the most beautiful and essential gift from our gods, and to take care of this is our prime works. One of the most common problems is eye strain. Rest your eyes regularly during periods of close work. Read and follow these other tips in order to keep your eyes healthy and in good condition:

PROCESS OF CARING YOUR EYES:

1. Eat right! Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Your body needs a variety of vitamins and minerals so it can keep your eyes and vision healthy and fine. There are also many supplements on the market today which claim to have beneficial medical effects on the eyes. One such supplement is bilberry. Bilberry fruit gets its claim to fame from World War II RAF pilots. The pilots swore that if they ate bilberry jam right before they went on a flying mission, it improved their night vision! True or not, bliberry can be found at your local health food store. This is not medically proven.

2. Try not to spend lots of times before computer, specially when you realise that you do have any important works to do.

3. Try to give your eyes and adequate amount of rest in each and every 2 hours for at least 10 mins.

4. Exercise your eyes, and also be sure to relax them.

5. Do not wear your contact lenses not more than 12 hours. Otherwise it will damage your cornia.

6. Wear sunglasses before your goes out in sunlight. Sunglasses will help your eyes to get damaged from ultra violet rays.

7. Do not use any eye drops without doctors prescribes.

8. You must do eye check up for every 2 years and specially from the age of 40+.

9. You should always make a habbit of good eye visions. Like do not read books on insufficient lights.

10. And if you have spectacle then do not make a mistakes of not wearing. Wear safety glasses, even if you wear prescription glasses, at all times when you are working around the house doing tasks such as hammering, sawing, sanding, cutting, etc. Wear specially-designed goggles when welding, braising, etc. Wear safety glasses even when you are working with cement, mortar, paint, etc., to help keep splashes of chemicals out of your eyes.

11. And if your have contact lenses then please follow your doctors advice regarding handling your lenses. Do not touch your lenses in a dirty hand always wash your hands every time you touch your lenses. And wash up your lenses properly the way your doctors says to you.
