Charles de Gaulle and Oily airports are both served by RATP bus, Air France bus and Night bus.

Charles de Gaulle The most common bus here is the Air France bus that runs from CDG to Paris.

The night bus runs after every one hour and operates from midnight to 5AM.

It arrives at Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord.
Orly airport Both Rossy and Air France busses leave from both terminals of Orly airport.
In Paris, Air France bus stop is adjacent to Metro stations Invalides and Montparnasse while Rossy bus stop is adjacent to Metro station Denfert Rochereau.
The night bus runs after every one hour between midnight and 4AM.
It operates from the two terminals of the airport and stops at Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz in Paris.
Conclusion The bus service is ideal for you if you are operating on the tight budget.
While this mode is very reliable, it's not ideal if your destination isn't near the bus stops.
If your destination isn't near a bus stop, you will have to take another bus which can be more expensive-almost similar to taking a taxi.
