The site is older than the Egyptian Pyramids and contains around 40 passage graves.
Situated on the River Boyne, the area is also perfect for you to explore by foot.
The Brazen Head Pub, Dublin This pub is said to be the oldest in the whole of Dublin and boasts traditional Irish charm.
Supposedly haunted and dates back to 1198, The Brazen Head is a great place to pop into for a conventional Irish lunch and pint of Guinness.
Galway Cathedral The cathedral is situated in the banks of the River Corrib in Galway City, in the centre of a vibrant community.
The cathedral has regular services and is a great place to experience the religious routes of Ireland.
Even if you are not religious yourself, the Cathedral will enrich you in Irish culture and heritage.

The festival hosts an array of international talent bringing comedy, music and street theatre to the centre of Belfast.
