Acne as a disease is nothing people should ever be ashamed of having. There are millions of people today with acne problems they cant seem to get under control no matter what methods they try to cure it. Here are six suggestions to those of you who have tried all of the popular products in the pursuit of clear skin and internal happiness. Question, what if I told you that in order to have clear skin you dont have to spend hundreds of dollars every month on so called miracle drugs that they could actually be harmful to your health and wellbeing. What if you could achieve totally clear skin without spending any money would you be interested?

Here are my simple six proven steps to clearer skin without using any costly drugs or ointments.

First and foremost drink lots of purified water and stay away from or limit the use of carbonated beverages and alcohol. Many of us with acne problems continue to drinks all of these sodas or drinks that contain a lot of acid, colors, etc. Soda can really mess up the face. Leave all sodas and other drinks on the market alone and stick to only purified water. Try these waters - Poland Springs, Volvic, Penta (expensive), Smart Water, or Dasani. These waters have all been thoroughly purified so as not to contain any contaminants. What they say really is true water does wonders to the body!

Second drink some type of green tea (at least 1 to 2 times a day). Green tea contains many antioxidants that will help in decreasing your acne problems. Try purchasing the Celestial Seasonings Green Tea and if youre not a teetotaler try drinking one of the sugar free green tea products put out by Lipton.

Third try to eliminate as much fried or greasy foods from your diet as possible. Yes, I know many dermatologists will disagree with this but I have found is that when I stopped eating fried or greasy foods my face automatically started clearing and improving to the point where I was receiving compliments almost everyday. Fried food carries too much grease that can cause big pimples to form in your face. Also many fast food places use old grease over and over again. Old or reused grease is one big block in your way if youre trying to get clear skin. Not Good!

Fourth try to eat more of the green vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, romaine lettuce etc and fruits everyday. Yeah I know you heard this before, but the real question is are you really doing it? Vegetables and fruits contain natural sugars, antioxidants and vitamins that can help in healing and clearing the skin.

Fifth take vitamin E tablets daily and use pure vitamin E oil on your face. Vitamin E helps the skin reproduce healthy cells and I am telling you, it will make your skin will start look good in about two to three weeks. Apply the pure Vitamin oil to your face every night before going to bed.

Sixth quit worrying about how you look or what people think about you! Try to eliminate stress from you daily routine. Sure its easier said then done but acne is internal and starts when you body is trying to tell you something. I know for some, stress can result in many breakouts on the face. Some individuals are not good at dealing with stress and need to find a way to let it go. Try a hobby of some type or meditation these are great stress relievers and very good at increasing your concentration.

They say it takes at least fourteen days to make or break a habit try adding each step to your daily routine one at a time for about two weeks until it becomes a part of your daily routine.
