Diet "Dinner menus" has four basic rules you should remember and follow them everywhere:
  • A careful selection of suitable products
  • Adequate supply of body fluids (drink a lot)

  • Have nothing, except the liquids after 17 hours
  • Have plenty of fluids, but not only in the evening, drink during the day, because plenty of fluids helps to clean body of toxins.
  • Don't forget about fats you put in your body.
    If you ate an extra piece of sausage, do not forget to "follow up" with couple of slices of a pineapple or 2-3 slices of grapefruit.
  • Do not forget to eat during the day.
    Eat all kinds of food, which consists essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals (fats also) which should be consumed throughout the day and throughout the week.
