You must teach your fingers and your mind to learn new techniques, changing bad habits that you may have already collected
You need to learn guitar techniques to your left and right, trying not to miss any technique, only because it could be difficult.
Divide your practice time into categories to focus on certain techniques that have problems with, or try to learn a new technique of the guitar to have any mental blocks.
Do not try and play things fast to begin with, while you need to learn every note, training your fingers to move exactly where to move. You are after quality not quantity. If your hands become sore to play the same thing over and over again, take a break, shake hands, learn something of the fingers and wrist stretching exercises on the hands are most valuable tool when you learn guitar.
Make sure you are holding the guitar properly, you are using the correct fingers for each note, that your fingers are close to each string between notes. When you're practicing their guitar techniques, get as much information about it can. Search online, watch videos, guitar lessons, ask your friends.
Everyone can get what they want with a little time and practice. Do not get frustrated and punished if you can not learn a technique of the guitar, this is intended to be funny right?
Try something else for a while and return to it later. Guitar teachers are not born with a guitar in hand, or are from another planet, they learned what worked for them, and practice, practice, practice!
You can only take a little extra time for you, unless you have nothing else to do but play guitar all day, and if you fall into that category, then I am jealous of you!
