1. The exotic Asian exercise is the Hindu Squat
Using this exercise is 1 of the quickest ways to lose weight. The power of it comes from the speed at which you do it. It needs to be done fast.
Here's what you do... in your living room or wherever, put your feet about 15 inches apart and begin squatting as fast as you can. A key point... swipe your fingers against the ground between reps. That's a simple way to tell if you went far enough down in the squat for it to count.
Now, this can be quite the intense exercise for some. You'll be breathing hard. To start out, test how many squats you can do in 3 minutes. Try to do this non-stop... as many as you can.
Aim for 50-60 squats in 3 minutes. If you can do 50-60 or more, then graduate up to 100 squats in 5 minutes. And keep doing them everyday.
Hey, no excuses... it's only 5 minutes.
You still have 23 hours and 55 minutes each day to do whatever else you want. Isn't your health and body worth a measly 5 minutes of your time and focus? I sure hope so.
2. Hula Hooping
This is the cheap kid's toy. But it's not just for kids now.
Busy women are starting to turn to this to target fat from their waists and hips. And hula hooping is laser sharp at targeting it. I suggest you buy a weighted hula hoop that's slightly larger than the kid's sizes because this works best for adults.
Then simply "hoop it" for 5-10 minutes a day. I'll even give you a tip that I've been doing for years... do it during tv commercials.
You can drop 10 pounds easily if you consistently devote just 10 minutes a day to these 2 exercises.
