Nowadays, there are many people who always complain about back pain.
Most of the people who experience this are in their mid-thirties.
You experience back pain because of many reasons just like sleeping in a sitting position or even lying in the straight hard floor.
Here are some of the best ways to avoid it.
First is that you should have an exercise and maintain a very good posture.
Both of these may help you to lessen the back pain.
You can do some regular exercises that are not too hard.
Simple stretching will be enough.
Also, make sure to straighten your back while sitting and walking.
You may also try to lean your back in a flat wall to maintain the good shape of your back and shoulder.
You should also be careful with the things that you are doing.
Sometimes we may experience accidents that cause bad fall to our body.
Just like for example, you slipped in your bathroom.
This incident may cause too much pain in your back and that is why we should be careful.
We can't risk having more dangerous problems than your back pain.
Also, avoid standing and bending for a very long time.
Doing these things can give pressure to our body especially to our lower back area.
This may cause for our back to be numb and we will hardly move our own muscles.
If your work includes those things then you can at least move your body once in two or three minutes to avoid any pains.
Much to your own effort, proper choice of chairs to use is also needed.
Most people usually work while sitting and many of us do not mind our chairs as long as we can sit but the thing is, chairs are needed to be our back support so a proper kind of chair is the best thing that we should use.
We should choose chairs that is in the right height with you while sitting and also is ergonomically designed.
You could also use pillows in your back before leaning in the chair and find some comfortable position.
And in sleeping, use soft mattresses to be our back support.
Find some kind of mattresses where in it is not very much soft and enough to keep our back from the cold floor.
You can also have this pillow specifically made for back and neck while sitting behind your desk or while traveling.
