Let me guess, you exercise and try to eat right so you can stay healthy.

Both of which can lead to fatal heart attacks.
You have to get these nutrients from your food because your body can't make them.
If you don't get them in your diet, you're depriving your body of essential nutrients.

Americans generally eat a diet laden with fried foods, refined carbs and little fish.
