- 1). Play through the game until you beat Red, your rival Pokemon trainer.
- 2). Go to Pallet Town, which is south on Route 1 and north on Route 21.
- 3). Visit Professor Oak's house, in the southeast part of town. Speak with him and he'll give you the skill Rock Climb.
- 4). Travel to Mount Mortar, east on Route 42. You'll need Rock Climb to proceed through the mountain.
- 5). Follow the Mount Mortar trail. When you reach the fork in the road, take the right path. You'll find the Full Incense in a chest at the end of the corridor.
