    • 1). Shop for balloons at a party store. Store employees will inflate the balloons with helium and tie ribbons to them. Plan to have four to five balloons for each of your centerpieces.

    • 2). Fill large gift bags that have handles with candy to weigh the bags down. Select gift bags that have a graduation theme or match the school colors of the graduate.

    • 3). Tie four or five helium-filled balloons to the handles of each of your gift bags.

    • 4). Place each arrangement in the center of your tables. Tell your guests to help themselves to the candy in the bags.

    Floral Arrangement Centerpiece

    • 1). Purchase helium-filled balloons and flowers that match the graduation theme or colors. Purchase one vase for each of your tables.

    • 2). Create a floral arrangement in each of the vases. Put a vase at the center of each of your tables.

    • 3). Arrange four to five balloons for each vase. Because the balloons are attached to long ribbons you can arrange the balloons at varying heights. Attach a bunch of balloons to each vase. You can do this easily by tying the ribbons around the base of the vase.
