Choose a theme for board and select fabric, preferably cotton or calico, to use as the backdrop for your display board. Cut it to the size of your piece of cardboard or wood, allowing generous margins. - 3

Place the cloth over the front of the display board. Glue edges to the back of the board. - 4

Wrap the ribbon diagonally across the front of the board, creating a lattice. Glue the ends of the ribbon to the back of the display board. Pin the intersections of ribbon to the board if desired. - 5
