Today I'd like to share with you 4 tips that helped start losing weight Tip #1- The first tip to get in shape is to find out how you're going to motivate yourself to get started.
You can read and dream all you want about getting a nice body but until you take action you'll never see the results you want.
The first thing you have to do is paint a picture in your head of what you want your ideal body to look like.
Then you need to create some goals to get that body.
Make your plan as detailed as possible because by doing this you'll be less overwhelmed and more likely to get started.
Tip #2- The next tip is to start drinking a lot more water.
Experts recommend that you get at least 8 glasses of water per day.
The benefits of drinking water are too many to count here but I'll name a few.
The first is that water doesn't contain any calories.
Compare that to a can of soda that can contain 100 or more calories.
Water is also beneficial because it does an even better job than coffee when you're feeling drowsy.
Tip #3- The next thing you need to do is to get on an exercise program that is best for.
Now before you panic and start looking through 100 different programs to find one that fits you realize that you need to start out slowly.
Start out by taking baby steps.
This could be walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes.
This could mean taking a bike ride around your neighborhood.
Each week you can increase the duration and intensity level and watch the fat melt off while doing so.
Tip #4- The last thing you need to do is make sure that you're eating the right foods and cutting out the junk in your diet.
You need to start out by eating a small breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
In between each meal you need to eat a healthy snack such as a yogurt and a banana.
You need at least 5-6 small meals.
This small meals are important because they're easy to digest and eating them frequently will keep your metabolism going.
