- 1). Create a "Personal Starter" account (alertpay.com). You will need to enter your first and last names, address, phone number, birth date as well as list your citizenship and occupation. Click the "Next Step" button when you are done.
- 2). Create a login. You will need to enter an email address, create a password and then come up with a four-digit transaction PIN number. You will also need to come up with two security questions and answers in case you forget your password or PIN. Click the "Final Step" button when complete.
- 3). Open and check your email to validate your AlertPay account. In your "Inbox," you will need to open the message from AlertPay and then click the "Validate" button to verify that the information is correct.
- 4). Click the "Send Money" tab at the top of the screen.
- 5). Type the email address of the person you want to send money to. Click the "Next" button when you're done.
- 6). Enter your credit card number and transaction PIN number and then click "Send" to transfer the money. An email will be sent to the person to whom you sent the money. This person will then have the option of deciding how he wants to withdrawal it: debit or credit card or by check. Your credit card will be charged the amount you sent.
