The Benefits of an at Home Gym

Why I Recommend A Home Gym Working out at home saves you time.
It is also supposed to save you money.
Why spend $50-$100 a month on a gym membership when you can work out at home.
We are all caught up in the rat race.
Why take any more time out of your day to drive to another building to work out.
I used to waste an extra 20-30 minutes of my day driving to the gym.
Now I use that 30 minutes for my workouts.
Not only will you have more time for your workouts, but you will not have any excuses for not going to the gym.
I understand that some people need the social aspects of the gym.
That's fine, but realize when you socialize, your 1 hour workout turns into a 45 or 30 minute workout.
If you do not need the socializing aspects of the gym, then home fitness may be for you.
What You Need To Work Out At Home You do not need a Bowflex system, or any metal contraption that takes up a lot of space.
There are plenty of exercises out there that do not require heavy equipment.
If you need help finding some, you can easily check out my website.
None of the exercises there require more than the following:
  • Resistance Bands
  • Dumbbells
  • Push-Up Bars
  • Pull-Up Bar
  • Jump Rope
  • Workout Mat
Wow, that looks like a pretty short list.
And it should not cost you much more than $200-$300.
Also, the above equipment takes up a fraction of the space of a Bowflex or other home gym system.
You can easily put them in a closet or under a bed.
On a tight budget? If you do not want to spend the money on push-up bars, use a pair of dumbbells.
They work just as good.
If you are not working out on hardwoods floors, get rid of the workout mat.
You deserve to have a great looking body.
But you should not have to spend a lot of money to get one.
