- 1). Go to any nonplayable character (NPC) vendor and talk to her.
- 2). Select the "Use" tab under your character in the new window.
- 3). Look through the list until you find bullets, throwing stars, arrows or any other item you would like to recharge, and select it.
- 4). Choose "Recharge." You item will be replenished for a fee of mesos (the "MapleStory" in-game currency).
