It takes just a few minutes to set up an email campaign, it just needs a few details like the name of the campaign your campaign email address etc.
With the campaign you also set up a simple Web form.
This normally takes the form of a little box where the customer keys in their name & email address.
There are a number of different styles available in Aweber but my advice to you is to keep it simple.
Once you have created your web form, Aweber will provide you with the HTML code that you place on you web page to collect the name & email, which in turn links back to Aweber.
Aweber will provide all campaigns with the initial opt in email.
So as to not be considered as SPAM mail you have to send an initial email to the customer asking their permission to send details, this normally takes the form of an email with a click on address that the Customer is required to click onto.
Once you have this permission you have a Customer that you can build a relationship with.
You can then build up a large series of emails to send offers, free E-books, free Videos or even get your customer to take part in surveys.
All of these emails can be set up with the Auto Repsonder and you can set the time intervals between each email.
In addition it is also possible to send a broadcast email offer to all of the customers on your list.
You would normally use this when you spot a very good offer that you want to send to your customer base immediately outside of your normal campaign.
