How to Make a Chocolate Espresso Cocktail
- 1). Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with crushed ice. Add the gold rum, heavy cream and cold espresso.
- 2). Replace the top on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- 3). Strain the mixture into a martini or wine glass with one-quarter cup crushed ice in the bottom. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
