Day to day stresses of our life causes too many bad effects on our body also. Following the right life style pattern is also not in control by many of us. From the time of a child birth up to the whole life people have to struggle a lot to be fixing in this competitive world onto one position. If a person tries to balance the emotional control but many a times can not able to control the other disadvantages of life such as adulteration in the food items, official pressure, home dis-management, children right upbringing worries etc.IN spite of taking lots of precautions to maintain a healthy life style we can not control our day to day   health problems which usually develop with out any specific hint.  There are several diseases such as blood pressure, joint pains etc. are occurring in the middle or growing ages due to the stressful life and bad food habits.  Taking proper medications also reduces many diseases to cure completely but it should be done under experienced doctor's supervision.

We can conclude various causes of High Blood Pressure (hypertension) such as follows:
•    Blood pressure is the amount of force applied against the walls of the arteries as blood flows through them - if a person is suffering from high blood pressure it means that the walls of the arteries are receiving too much pressure constantly.
•    The heart is a muscle that pumps blood around the body constantly at per second. Blood that has low oxygen levels is pushed towards the lungs, where oxygen supplies are refilled. The oxygen rich blood is then pumped by the heart around the body to supply our muscles and cells. The pumping of blood creates pressure - blood pressure.
•    Blood pressures over 130/80 are measured high. High blood pressure increases the risk of developing various diseases like heart disease, kidney disease, hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis or arteriosclerosis), eye damage and stroke.

There are few causes of Low blood pressure also being recorded by the doctors such as:
•    An individual's blood pressure is conveyed as systolic/diastolic blood pressure, for example, 120/80.The systolic blood pressure (the top number) represents the pressure in the arteries as the muscle of the heart contracts and pumps blood into them. The diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) represents the pressure in the arteries as the muscle of the heart relaxes following its contraction.
•    Low blood pressure (hypotension) when pressure becomes very low that it causes the low flow of blood through the arteries and veins in the body. When the flow of blood is too low to supply enough oxygen and nutrients to vital organs such as the brain, heart, and kidney, the organs do not function normally and may be temporarily or permanently impaired.

Day to day exertions and intakes of low nutrients foods, lack of exercises and other few reasons have been causes of Joint pain such as follows:
•    Diseases like arthritis, some injury or over work outs, bursitis (an inflammation or irritation of the bursa, (The bursa normally acts as a cushion, reducing friction between moving body parts, but can become swollen due to overuse.)a fluid-filled sac near joints and many different illnesses and their later on effects causes the joint pains sometimes for short period of times or may remain for long also if wont be diagnosis and not taken any timely treatments.
•    Joint pain often occurs as one of the symptoms due to  variety of illnessessuch as The flu (influenza), Measles, Mumps, Epstein-Barr virus (a type of herpes virus), Lyme Disease (a bacterial infection transmitted by a tick), Chicken pox, Hepatitis (inflammation of the liver caused by an infection or toxic agent)
•    Often Injury causes prolong joint pains and the sufferer may remind the times also when this problem began with them. If the pain is unbearable and lasts for then 3 days then it is time to consult with a doctor. X-rays may be needed to determine if the pain is happening from a strain, sprain, tear, or fracture. Your doctor may also refer you to a specialist in injuries to bones and joints, called an ‘orthopedist or orthopedic surgeon'.
•    Cartilage normally covers the ends of bones where they meet to form a joint. Healthy cartilage allows bones to slip smoothly over one another with movement. But when cartilage is damaged, the bones rub together causing pain, swelling, and loss of joint flexibility in the conditions of Arthritis.
•    Osteoarthritis is the common form of arthritis. It affects only joint function and thus causes pain, restricted joint mobility, when the time passes there are chances of possible joint distortion.

Thus, we can say that keeping the positive attitude towards all the problems which are occurring in our every day life always gives you strength and motivation to work dedicatedly without stopping.
