- 1). Put your glasses on. Take a minute or two to get used to the new acuity in vision offered by the surface optical lenses.
- 2). Look through any portion of the lens to provide corrective vision if your prescription requires only a single vision correction.
- 3). Look through the top portion of the lens to see things that are far away if your vision requires bifocals.
- 4). View things through the bottom portion of the lens to read items up close if your vision necessitates a bifocal prescription.
