  Portion Control
One of the most important things when it comes to losing weight is to make use of portion control.
  You don't want to have a massive breakfast lunch and dinner, you want to keep the size of the meals down to size so that you don't overeat.
  The only way to do this is to precook and package your foods in small Tupperware containers so that you are forced to eat only what is inside.
  This is a great way of helping you to manage your meals.

  Eat 5-6 Meals A Day
In addition to portion control, you also need to eat 5-6 of these smaller meals each day if you want to lose weight.
  By doing this you are keeping your metabolism running at a good rate so that you can continue to lose fat.

  Lift Weights
Now you may have heard you need to do cardio, but you also need to lift weights if you want to get thin.
  The reason for this is because this will burn some additional calories and also the added muscle will burn more calories when your body is at rest.
  This will make the whole weight loss process easier on you.
