This simple exercise should be repeated at least 10 times, but if you can't do your best and work up to 10.
The next stretch is the called the deep chest and backstretch.
This exercise is simple but very effective.
To do this stand facing the wall and put you feet together.
Place your hands flat on the wall and take a deep breath and then blow out.
As you exhale you must lower your chest by bending from your hips.
You should do this exercise everyday because its simple and it will produce good results.
These are some simple and easy exercises that anyone could do from the comfort of their own home.
By being consistent and staying dedicated you will be on the right path of shooting up in height!
