How To Get Rid Of Love Handles And Back Fat

As an exercise science major, I am very fortunate to be able to help my clients with their weight loss problems. They pay me very well for it too, but in the end it is all worth it as opposed to wasting money on useless gadgets from infomercials and paying for a fancy gym membership each month. Recently, I put myself on a strict fat loss diet that only lasted 28 days because it was that extreme. I knew I was crazy, but sometimes you have to be if you want to lose those love handles quickly.

And I did lose that winter flab quickly to the tune of 16 pounds in 28 days without losing a pound of muscle. In fact, on some of my exercises, my weights went up while only consuming 1700 calories a day. I have put some of my clients on this diet and they too have had great results, even my own mother how has no thyroid and is going through menopause. She lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks.

So without further ado, here is my exact diet that I followed for 28 days.

Meal 1: 2 scoops protein powder. 2 tbs flax seeds. 1 fish oil. 1 tbs greens supplement
Meal 2: 2 scoops protein powder. 1 fish oil
Meal 3: 1 scoop protein powder. 1 fish oil
Meal 4: Same as meal 1
Meal 5: 2 scoops protein powder. 1 fish oil. 2 tbs of peanut butter.

Also, I want to point out that every 6th or 7th day, I had a cheat meal, which was whatever I wanted. One cheat meal I had a 6 egg omelets with mozzarella cheese, beans, tomatoes, onions, broccoli and spinach. Another meal was filet mignon with a baked potato and a very large salad.

I don't care what it is you eat for this cheat mean. The only reason for is to increase your metabolism again for the week ahead. Now, this diet is very hard to do. You are not eating solid meals, but in the end, who can complain when they lost 16 pounds in 18 days. I know I won't along with other clients. So go ahead, take a chance and try it. I promise you nothing short of spectacular results.
