I'll show you how you can lose weight while you change your metabolism to burn fat like crazy.
Your body will simply get rid of the extra pounds of fat that it's been holding on to.
You are about to shape up quickly and easily.
To lose weight the first thing you can lose is 5 or more pounds of water weight.
To do this you need to drink a lot of water.
Your body holds on to it for emergencies.
Today, we just don't need it so let's get rid of it.
The way to do that is to trick your body.
Let it know there is plenty of water.
Do this by drinking lots of water.
A LOT OF WATER.
Once you do, it will just release it.
And it goes pretty fast.
So, drink a gallon of water every day, and quite possibly you could lose 5 pounds of water weight in 3-4 days.
The up side to this is drinking a lot of water speeds up your metabolism to burn off fat.
Do it, because it does work.
Your body has at least 5-10 pounds of wastes clogging you up.
If you're 25 or more pounds overweight, you probably have more than that.
So how do you solve this? Easy you eat a lot of fiber, about 40 grams or so.
I recommend black beans, apples, and bananas.
1 can of black beans a day, eat 3 bananas and or apples a day.
That will get you about 40 grams.
The fiber will help get rid of the waste.
It will take time since the wastes are in there pretty good, after all it been years of dietary abuse from you.
Be consistent getting 40 or more grams of fiber every day.
Slowly it will loosen up and out it will go.
