Mascot

• If your team has a mascot you are especially proud of or you are incorporating it for a school shirt, consider drawing your mascot in a different way than it is traditionally drawn. If, for example, your mascot is a lion, draw your mascot holding a volleyball, setting or spiking a ball. Include a net if you wish. For a T-shirt documenting a big game between two rival schools or teams, consider depicting both teams' mascots playing volleyball (with yours winning of course!).
  
  

Volleyball

• Including a volleyball on your shirt doesn't mean it has to just simply sit there on the T-shirt. Get creative with your volleyball. Place it in a letter of a saying replacing an "O", or replacing the zero in "'09" or "'10". A very simple design using a volleyball would be a different take on the I [heart] NY slogan. Instead of NY, replace the letters with a drawing of a volleyball.
  
  

Sayings

• Think of some clever sayings and slogans that only volleyball players would get or that represent your love of the sport. Some popular slogans include "Winning isn't everything, it's the only thing", "I'd rather be playing volleyball", "Volleyball is life, the rest is just details", "Life is a game, Volleyball is serious" or "Eat, Sleep, Breathe, Play Volleyball".
  
  

Things to Consider

• While some websites and stores will make you a T-shirt based on an existing template, if you are using a drawing, be sure to sketch it before on a piece of paper. Draw the shirt with a pencil and decide exactly where you will be placing the slogan or picture before you begin the process of printing.
