Rental Cars

• Long Beach Airport has five rental car agencies. Travelers can book a rental car prior to their departure or upon arrival by visiting Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz or National/Alamo car rental agencies. Each of the five car rental agencies are located on-site, meaning travelers don't have to find a shuttle to take them to an off-site car rental facility. Signs are posted throughout the airport pointing travelers to the rental car desks near the baggage claim.
  
  

Taxis

• Cabs are located directly outside of each terminal at the Long Beach Airport. Cabs do not require prior reservations and can be hailed at any time. Flat fares are set for cab drivers taking passengers to any major stop, including Disney Land, San Pedro and Orange County. Fees vary based on destinations without preset fares, such as private residences. Be careful to choose a yellow cab with posted licenses inside the car rather than gypsy cabs driven by individuals looking to earn extra money.
  
  

Limos

• Limousines are available to take travelers to their final destination for those who book a limo or town car prior to their arrival at the Long Beach Airport. The Long Beach Airport ground transportation service provides a list of approved limo and shuttle companies that may pick up passengers at the terminal of Long Beach Airport (see Resources). Travelers who wish to use a limo for transport should contact an approved limo company prior to their arrival in Long Beach to make arrangements.
  
  

Bus

• Long Beach Transit operates a #111 bus that runs between the airport and downtown Long Beach. It connects with the Metro Blue Line in downtown Long Beach.
  
  

Parking

• Long Beach Airport provides three parking lots for travelers' use. The cell phone waiting lot is available for passengers being picked up by a friend or family member and is located on the corner of Lakewood Boulevard and Wardlow Road. Cars in the cell phone lot must always be attended. Long-term parking is available in all three parking lots, which travelers can locate by following the posted signs at the airport. The remote parking lot can be reached by a shuttle service operating every 15 minutes. Valet parking is also available and can be located by following the "Valet" signs.
