Smartphones have powerfully grabbed the attention of the world. Some people prefer to have association with the world's best company, Apple. While, other prefer to have smart Android phones. Both smartphones are having neck to neck competition in the market of electronic consumer goods. Let's have a look over some of the features of both smartphones.

Multitasking: iPhone is designed in a manner that it facilitates the users with multi-tasking. Users can use multiple apps just by swapping them. They even do not need to get worried about zapping battery life, as most of the apps suspended automatically when they are not their running phase.

On the other hand, Android phones do not support this mechanism. Users have to switch to other apps, if they want to switch it off. They cannot close the other app without opening their interface.

Touch screen: There is no doubt, that Android phones have larger screen size, then iPhones. Still, the touch screen of iPhones is much accurate and responsive. iPhone uses LCD resolution which is far better than the Androids phones. The quality of graphics is unmatchable in the iPhones.

Web speed: The web speed of iPhones is much lesser than the Android phones. Although, the dual antenna system of iPhone is expected to give the speed of 14.4 Mbps, but in reality it is only bestowing the speed of 5.3 Mbps. Whereas, Android smartphone offers speed of 12.6 Mbps.

Data uploading speed: The data uploading speed of iPhones is 10 second per web page. Whereas, Android phones are offering half time for uploading a page.

Camera: Apple has executed its effort in introducing the low light performance, speedy cameras. The cameras have improved backside illuminated sensors and new optics. The camera is capable of capturing 1080p videos. However, Android's camera is still one step behind the iPhone's camera. Moreover, iPhone camera offers the application of special effects over the captured picture. Android phone, on the other hand, require separate app for performing such operations.

Social networking: Android phones have taken lead in provision of connectivity with the social networking sites. Users can use Tweetdeck, Evemote, GroupMe, Flickr, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, etc. via their phones. On the other hand, iPhone is not providing such vast connections with social networks.

Applications: Apple is having a single platform for providing iPhone apps. This platform is iTunes, which contain almost 360,000 applications for iPhone users. Whereas, Android has numerous platforms and they altogether have introduce approximately 320,000 apps for its users. Apple has gained lead over Android, in terms of apps provision.

Extra features: iPhones are having extra features that no Android phones have. Siri is the fantastic voice assistant system that is gifted in iPhone. Similarly, iClould is used to synchronize the phone with other devices. This weapon is not available in any other smartphone.
