- 2). Click on "Get Directions" in the top left-hand corner.
- 3). Type in a location in the continental United States as your starting location. This can be your hometown or a familiar place, such as San Diego, California.
- 4). Type in a city in Hawaii for your destination, such as Honolulu.
- 5). Read the results produced by Google Maps. This trip is estimated to take 15 days and three hours and includes "Kayak across the Pacific Ocean" as step No. 15.
