Wedding Announcements - Try Something Brand New

Wedding announcements are commonplace.
With over 2 millions engagements each year, you can imagine how many announcements are mailed out each year.
I would guess probably 200 million or more individual announcements...
and they probably all look about the same.
You know - a white folded card with the pertinent information printed on it.
Yawn.
Why Not Try Something Unique.
Your wedding is going to be unique, so why use a standard old wedding announcement? One option for something different might be an engraved stone tablet, but the cost of postage would be prohibitive, and they take up so much room on the kitchen counter after the recipient opens it.
Another distinctive engagement announcement could be a singing telegram.
I see problems with that, though.
You'd need to keep the person delivering the singing telegram at your home because people never remember dates and always need reminding.
Plus, taking the poor guy or gal hostage is frowned upon by the authorities.
What Would Really Work? OK.
Time to be serious.
Try a photo magnet.
Wedding announcements printed on magnetic material is a great way to let the world know you are going to be married.
A photo magnet designed with your picture and text is not only unique, but also extremely effective.
Effective? What do you mean, "effective?" When most people receive a typical paper announcement of any sort, they generally put it on the kitchen counter in a stack of mail.
They have perfectly good intentions of putting it where they can see it often, but they don't.
Next thing you know it is lost in the junk mail or tossed into a desk drawer...
never to be seen again until a couple days before the wedding...
and the people in the house are scrambling to find it.
"I think the wedding is tomorrow!" "No, it's next week, for sure...
maybe.
" "Crimeny! We need to get a gift.
What if it IS tomorrow?" The Answer.
The magnetic wedding announcement doesn't get tossed in a drawer.
It doesn't become an additional layer to a pile of junk mail.
People open the envelope and see the unique magnet, the great picture of you and your soon-to-be spouse, and put it right on the refrigerator.
From that day on it will be viewed by everyone in the house on a daily basis.
No longer will there be a frantic search when someone in the home says, "When is that wedding again?" They'll just mosey on over to the fridge and see exactly when it will take place.
Magnetic announcements last for years, so even after the wedding, they will remind people of your special day.
Where To Get Them.
Online is the best place.
Believe it or not, you have more control over the design working with a company on the internet than you do face-to-face.
Some companies have recently come up with on-line design tools that let you decide exactly what it is going to look like.
It eliminates the need for constant e-mail messages back and forth, proofs being sent here and there, and other usual stumbling blocks.
You can do it when you want and change it around as often as you want until you get it just right.
Which Companies Are Best? It's hard to say.
An on-line store may be representing the world's largest manufacturer of magnetic wedding announcements and other products, or it may be a guy with an inkjet printer working out of a room in his basement.
Some things to look for are guarantees.
Make sure that the on-line company promises to "make it right" if you are unhappy for some reason.
Also check to see if they are actually using industrial grade equipment and quality materials.
The products from the inkjet printer are going to look cheap and won't last.
Sometimes a good company will let you have a couple dozen magnets just for the cost of shipping and handling.
You can order some like that to see if the quality is what you expect.
If so, then order all that you need.
Do you research and get started today.
You wedding day is going to get here before you know it.
