Travel Fear is the most challenging thing not only for the affected person but also for companion travelers.
Some people have fear of travel regardless of the type of the commute; whether by plane, car, train or water.
You or your family member might be one of those, for example, person is at the airport and gets anxiety attack after boarding the plane or during road trip person gets attack before entering a tunnel or passing over the bridge.
Considering the fact of fear, person suffering from anxiety attack might ruin total trip.
But there are certain tricks to alleviate the fear.
If you or your family member is suffering from flying anxiety attack then it can be cured using therapy or by visiting the airport several times and watch the planes take off and land.

It is easy to say but the fact is that anxiety attacks don't stay longer than 5 to 10 minutes.
But for the person who is passing through, it may seem longer.
Anxiety attacks do pass and reason is simple; after sometime our body start thinking that it is out of danger and get backs to the normal.
By thinking that something bad will happen to you can trigger a negative response in life.
Best advice is to take a short flight or short drive through tunnel or over the bridge.
For example; flight from New York to Boston; it is just 30 minutes flight.
Also, for those who are afraid of tunnels or bridges can take a short drive with their loved ones.
Do this for few times before planning your actual long vacation and it will help you overcome the fear of travel.
Not only that, you will be able to get rid of negative thinking about travel which will get rid of anxiety forever.
