Tony: Yeah.

Hugo: Absolutely, You know one thing that I absolutely admire about you is your ability to bounce back from adversity. I’ve met just so many people in my career that have something horrible happen to them (such as the car accidents you’ve had) and they allow that to destroy their whole life. However, from what I’ve seen in your history, you always bounce back from adversity and you tend to also come out with some great business ideas right after them!

So could you please elaborate on your mindset and tell the readers what is the mindset you have when you’ve been faced with that sort of adversity and how have you bounced back from it?

Tony: You know, I also have another book coming out with Wiley publishing. Some time I think in September I guess it is, but I’ve always said -- and I’ve said in the book as well -- that if you change your mindset, you change your life.

Hugo: Yes!

Tony: What I had to do early on was change my mindset -- and grasp the understanding that life is very short. We are lucky to be here. And sometimes things happen to me that I can’t change. But I can change how I respond to what happens -- so I choose automatically to always go forward and to look at the positive out of a bad situation.

Hugo: Absolutely

Tony: It’s just a mindset that I have…

Hugo: I agree with you 100%! you can always look at things from different angles; you’ve just got to find the positive angle like you said.

Tony: There’s always a way. I definitely believe that.

Hugo: Absolutely.

Tony: Last Thursday I was nominated as one of the finalists for the Entrepreneur of the Year for Florida.

Hugo: Oh wow congratulations!

Tony: And so I took my company and we all went down to Orlando at the Omni Resort Hotel last week. There were thousands of people there in tuxedos -- obviously I’m the only long hair there! It was an amazing event. It was put on by Ernst and Young.
