Jeet Koon Do Kick Boxing Workout
 It started with footwork.
 Step & slide front to back and side to side.
 That was followed slide and step which is basically the jkd shuffle step.
 Then we performed combinations of both in all directions.
 These footwork exercises were performed in both leads for a couple of rounds.
Punching Drills Punching drills started in the right lead with jab.
 We went on to jab, cross, hook in both leads.
We then did uppercuts, overhand (over the gaurd punch) and jkd straight punch.
This is a sort of over the guard hooked jab.
 We performed these drill from both leads.
Kicking Drills Kicking drills were performed with three punch combinations starting and finishing with a kick in both leads.
Each set was performed for a single four minute round in each lead.
- Nou Tek- Low Snap Kick with instep- followed by jab, cross, hook, followed by Nou Tek
- Jeet Tek - Intercepting Kick-Â followed by cross, hook, cross followed by Jeet Tek
- Juk Tek -Â Side Kick- followed by jab, cross, hook, followed by Juk Tek
- Gua Tek - Inverted Hook Kick-followed by jab, cross, hook, followed by Gua Tek
- Jik Tek -Â Â Straight kick or Front Kick With Toe-followed by jab, cross, hook, followed by Jik Tek
- Juk Tek -Â Round Kick Fake Low kick high-followed by jab, cross, hook, followed by Juk Tek
- Nou Tek- continuously alternating legs for one minute
- Fiveteen sets of Nou Teks' followed by ten chain punches
- One minute of v-ups
- One minute of side crunches lifting shoulder to legs
- One minute of stretching
Pak Sao - Slapping Hand-Drills with the partner feeding continuous chain punches.
Lop Sao - Pulling Hand-Drills with the partner feeding continuous chain punches.
Panantukan - Outside deflection drill with the partner feeding continuous chain punches.
Pak Sao - punch (Chop Choi?) Pak Sao - wedge Pak Sao punch (Chop Choi?) Pak Sao - half beat Lop Sao punch (Chop Choi?)
