Are you losing weight or gaining?

You have tried every possible kind of diet, tried several physical exercise, running, yoga, stretching and thousand other things. But still you are gaining weight instead of losing it. You have gone through starvation, suffered endless mental hazards and yet still you are miles away from your desired weight. Yes, I know. How do I know? Because, most people who have tried those ways; ends up with gaining weight instead of losing. That's why you are reading this and all I want to say is its okay to feel a little bit low but the war isn't lost yet.

You cannot lose weight overnight and there is no shortcut of doing this. If you want to lose weight, than you have to keep on hanging with the thought that you really want to lose it.

It's how much determined and consistent you are will make the difference.

It takes a lot of little things to do and sometimes you don't require doing anything but just remembering.From waking up in the morning to going to bed at night, you do a thousand things and that's where the secret lies. You have to synchronize the whole process in a rhythm more like a constant wave one after another.

Do you wake up at the same time in the morning every day? If not, it's important to do so because waking up every day at the same time cause altering hormone level in your body which regulates your hunger. The same things happen when you go to bed at the same time every day or take your meals even having a quick power nap. So, maintaining a daily activity routine will increase the process of losing weight.

It's important to change your food habit as apparently it's not working. That doesn't necessarily means that you have to change everything you use to eat and add new ones. You must have knowledge on how much protein you need to get the wanted weight limit. You can start with making a chart with the existing food you have, and then consider where, what and how much you need to cut off. You can take advice on this from physician or you can Google it to know how much protein you are having.

The problem with the food is most of the time we eat fatty foods thinking we are having protein. But do we really know what our food putting into our body? How much fat you take in when you have a soft drink or perhaps a hamburger? You are paying for your hunger but buying weight. So it will help you if you find out what foods are causing you gaining weight from your chart and eliminating them for further having those foods. You don't have to do anything but to just remember.

It is equally important to burn the extra fat in your body. It is true that everything cannot be done by everyone. It is very important to have proper amount of physical exercise but that doesn't mean you have to climb up to ten miles hike in the mountain and come down. It also doesn't mean that you have to do heavy weight lifting. If your body can't take it and at the next day you decide to skip the physical exercise to have some extra rest to recover and that means breaking the daily process you are going through which will help you gaining weight instead of losing it. You can choose to walk to your walk instead of taking your car. You can do yoga. Chose what best fits you in your daily routine and keep doing it. Even a healthy sex is an excellent exercise so it can be both pleasure and exercise. You just have to choose well.

Don't forget the fact that it is also important that you don't start gaining weight once you lose it. Don't decide to have a party after getting a little weight loses. You aren't there yet and you should remind yourself every time you do something what helps your weight gaining.

It might require a bit more hard work at the starting but eventually you can review your results and you might end up with less complicated daily day with the most desired body shape. All you have to do is to keep continuity and run for the extra mile.
