Too Busy for Exercise?

Many of us lead busy lives. We work full time jobs, try to spend time with our families, try to cook meals at home, take our dogs out for walks, clean our homes, go out with friends, visit family, squeeze in a little time to watch TV or play video games, and then also try to find time to sleep. Where in all that mix are we supposed to find time for exercise? Unfortunately, most of us don't. Exercise falls by the wayside, and we tend to slowly balloon and become overweight and unhealthy. How are we supposed to remedy this when we're already so busy? In today's article we're going to reveal the trick to squeezing exercise into your busy day, and we guarantee that it will be an approach that you dopn't expect.

First off, let's look at what exercise does for you. Sure it's tough and a pain and can be exhausting, but let's list the benefits. Exercise can make you feel good through the release of endorphins, giving you a natural high that fights depression, diminishes stress, boosts confidence and lowers anxiety. Exercise improves your cardiovascular system, lessening the chances of heart disease and cardiovascular illness. Exercise increases certain hormone levels, resulting in a greater sex drive. Exercise helps your bones stay healthy, increases muscle mass, and gives you energy to carry you through your day. Exercise can help you look attractive to others, and can lead you to engage in fun activities. Finally, the cumulative result of all these benefits is a healthier, longer life filled with greater energy and activity.

As such, the question should not be how you can squeeze exercise into your life, but how are you prioritizing it? If you don't have time for exercise, then what you are saying is you don't have time to ensure that you will live longer, live better, and be a happier, healthier person. That doesn't make any sense! Exercise should be a top priority, and rather than not having time for it, you should ensure that it always comes first. The benefits are enormous and long term, and will change the very nature of your life.

Thus you need to change around how you approach your day. If you don't have time, then make time. If you don't have the inclination, then gain some willpower. You need to get healthy, and so don't compromise when it comes to exercise.
