Fiber is going to allow your body to use all of the stored fat in it as energy, and also while it is doing this you will be burning calories which is extremely important for weight loss to happen in a big way. Another thing you should be focused on is if you are someone who eats a lot of fried foods then know this isn't helping you lose weight.

Fried foods are very high in calories and fat, and a better thing to do rather than eating fried foods is to grill it or broil it. If eating fried foods is something you like to do, then don't eat them as often as you are eating them right now.

It would be best if you stop eating fried foods altogether. Something else you need to be doing is eating a lot of vegetables on a daily basis because of the fact that vegetables are very high in minerals in mind, and they have a high amount of fiber in them which is perfect for helping you to lose weight.
