Such appetizers as mozzarella marinara, crispy cheese triangles with homemade marinara sauce and carpaccio, thinly sliced beef filet with shaved Reggiano lead the way to a variety of variations on lasagna, spaghetti, fettuccine, ravioli and gnocchi.

The menu centers around daily hand cuts of USDA prime beef, dry-aged for six weeks, with appetizers, salads and sides as accompaniments. The restaurant is open only for dinner.
