Habits - good or bad - are simply a matter of self-training...
of good discipline or bad discipline.
It is just as difficult to be neat as it is to be tidy - after all, if your home is a mess you will lose things more often and complicate your existence more regularly.
It is just as inconvenient to be clean as it is to be dirty - if you are a filthy pig, then you will end up ill and you will have a far more uncomfortable existence riddled with pain and time-wasting visits to the hospital.
It is just as easy to lie to yourself as it is to be honest with yourself - but being honest with yourself means you avoid the inconvenience of life not making sense.
Make your habits good ones.
Break the bad habits.
Now.
Not tomorrow.
Now...
DO NOT make excuses - change the bad habits into good habits.
- Exercise a little discipline into your existence.
- Exercise some wise judgment.
- Exercise some self-restraint.
Living with bad habits only makes you the fool.
- Laziness will lead to pain.
Exercise will lead to strength.
- Smoking will lead to emphysema.
Fresh air will lead to health.
- Drinking alcohol will lead to illness.
Drinking water will lead to wellness.
- Eating poorly will lead to discomfort.
Eating sensibly will lead to goodness.
Be logical with your life.
Be logical with your habits.
Be logical with your decisions and be logical with your actions.
Enact discipline for your own good.
It is your choice.
Make the right one into a habit.
