- 1). Go to the Norton Removal Tool website (see Resources) and click on the version of Norton AntiVirus you have.
- 2). Click the "Download" button to save the Norton Removal Tool to your computer.
- 3). Open the removal tool EXE file that you downloaded by double-clicking on it.
- 4). Click "Remove All" and Norton AntiVirus is removed from your computer.
- 5). Restart your computer to complete the removal process.
