- 1). Go online and read free tutorials from programming company websites such as Free SAP Tutorial, One Stop SAP and Magna Training.
- 2). Read books about the security programs, such as "SAP Security: SAP Security Essentials" by Jim Stewart and "SAP Security and Authorizations" by M. Linkie for an overview and introduction. Other books to find and read include "SAP Security and Authorizations Training Reference Book" and the "SAP GRC for Dummies."
- 3). Sign up for certification classes. You can take classes online at sap.com or from websites such as Pearson Vue and the SAP Community Network which provides online training, tutorials, videos and demonstrations. If you can, take AMD 940, ADM 950, ADM 960 and the HR 40-security related courses. Take the SAP certification test to get your certificate once you complete the classes.
