The time prior to your SAT test day could be a really demanding time.
Most students feel nervous over how well they readied themselves for the exam and end up forgetting that there are several things they need to take the test.
Should you stick to the recommendations below, you will be able to lower your stress levels by being better prepared.
Eat a well-balanced and simply digestible meal the evening prior to the test.
You would not want any digestive issues breaking your concentration.
After dinner you'll want to ready your test day essentials.
You will need: 1.
To print and pack your SAT Admission ticket 2.
Your license 3.
Number Two Pencils 4.
An approved calculator 5.
A snack 6.
A wrist watch Once you've packed your bag with all the items above, you'll need to relax until bed time.
It is best to leave yourself at the minimum 10 hrs to sleep, just in case you don't sleep right away.
If you fail to sleep avoid taking any medication as it's effects can impact your test performance.
Make sure to have a minimum of two alarm clocks set so you've got enough time to eat breakfast and make your way to the testing center.
I suggest you get a parent or friend to provide you with morning phone call if you think you may sleep through your alarm.
Once you're awake, take a hot shower to get your body going.
After your shower, eat a simple breakfast.
Two eggs, toast with jam and Orange Juice will be the perfect meal to help keep you alert and satiated through the test.
Read a newspaper or magazine to get your brain switched on for the test.
Before you leave, you'll need to make certain you haven't packed the prohibited devices for example mobile phones, iPads, laptops, audio players, or any device able to record.
Do a double check once you arrive so you don't have to go back to your car for any reason.
Remember, although the SAT is essential, you've prepared yourself as well as you are able to.
Worrying yourself too much may negatively affect your test score, so keep a clear head and stay positive.
Keep in mind that you can take the test again for a better score, so be aware of where you feel that you could improve just in case.
Best Of Luck!
