Learn to Cook Garlic Fries

Like the Chef Gustav said in the movie Ratatouille "Anyone Can Cook!" If that rat can understand that phrase why not you? So stop crying mama give me my food, get in the kitchen and learn something to cook.
Ingredients:
It is one of the simplest recipes to learn, hmm but still harder than boiling an egg! As you can see in the ingredients list there are not many things you will need.
If you know how to cook regular french fries then this is similar but include one additional step.
Anyway here it goes:

As you know eating fried food increases cholesterol in your body, whereas garlic has special properties to reduce cholesterol in your blood.
So it becomes a balanced food.

- 2 potatoes
- 2-4 cloves of garlic (1-2 clove per potato depends on your taste)
- 500g oil for frying (canola oil preferred)
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning

- Peel potatoes and wash with water, or keep the skin intact and just scratch it hard to make it clean during washing.
Slice them down into your favorite fries size, I keep them medium-sized so they do not get too crispy (if thin) nor too soft (if thick) after cooked.
Once sliced wash with water. - Now take two to four cloves of garlic and remove the skin off with a knife, you will need to do it carefully as this skin is a transparent membrane.
It is not hard and fast rule, you can keep the skin if you do not feel comfortable removing it.
Chop the garlic into tiny pieces with a knife first horizontally and then vertically. - Take a bowl and put the garlic in it and add four or five drops of oil and mix it.
Now put it in the microwave for 60 seconds.
When you will take it out it will give a great smell.
Take a spoon or potato masher and mash it until it becomes a paste. - Add the garlic paste in potatoes and mix it, try to apply the paste to each potato stick by using your fingers.
- Now heat the oil for 5 minutes on medium heat and then add the potato sticks in the oil for frying.
Which will take 10-15 minutes to cook and will depend on your stove temperature.
I usually start with medium heat and when potatoes are half-cooked, i turn heat to high until it gets dark brown.
