In order to remove it, you need to change your thought.

For example, a limiting belief statement may sound like this...
"I want to build a home business in my spare time but I can't because I don't have the time due to my busy day job.
" Now, this is a negative thought that you've been thinking over and over again and hence perpetuates your belief.
You can change it to this statement...
"Right NOW there are thousands of people around the world who are earning extra income of $1,000 or more a month doing home business in their spare time while still holding on their busy day job.
" See the difference? This immediately removes self-doubt and gives your self-confidence a chance to emerge.
When you fill your mind with positive thought, it immediately focuses on the possibility instead of resistance.
In other words, instead of trying to find reasons why you can't do this or that, you're now assessing the possibility of building a second income stream in your spare time.
Practice positive self-talk.
Same amount of energy is needed for positive and negative self-talk.
So please always remember to use the positive one! This is very beneficial and easy to do as well.
Feeding your mind with positive self talk will bring about more positive energy into your life.
One popular technique is to use positive affirmation.
It's a great technique to reprogram your unconscious mind from negative thinking to positive.
The idea is to replace negative statements with positive ones as I described with an example above.
Other effective ways for fostering positive self talk are by reading a good inspirational book and associate yourself with positive people.
Make it a habit to follow the above tips as often as possible and pretty soon you will be able to develop a self-perpetuating confidence.
