Ladies, if you are wanting to burn the body fat then you are going to have to work at it, but it won't take you long at all to get rid of those extra few pounds.
You see the key to burning fat is speeding up your metabolism and the key to speeding up your metabolism requires you to train smart and with a significant amount of intensity.

Kettlebell Exercises For Fat Loss! 1.
Dual Kettlebell Swings:
Ladies by now you may have heard of or seen the ancient kettlebell.
This strength and conditioning device, along with the unique training style that is involved with it, is great for torching body fat! If you were looking for a cardio workout to burn the fat and get you in the greatest shape of your life then you just found it.
To begin this exercise you will need the availability of a pair of bells of moderate resistance.
Place the bells on the ground between your feet with your stance slightly wider than shoulder width.
Pick the bells up, one in each hand, and lock out at both your hips and knees.
Next, you are going to forcefully and continuously flex and extend at both your hips and knees in order to generate momentum to swing the bells from between your legs up to chest level in an arc like motion.
This is a very exerting exercise that works hundreds of your muscles at one time.
As you swing the bells back and forth you will not only get the benefit of a strength workout, but you will effectively challenge your cardiovascular system as well.
Your shoulders, back, glutes, hips, hamstrings, and abs will all be tense throughout the movement of the bell.
This is a calorie burning fat blasting workout ladies! 2.
Kettlebell See Saw Presses:
Kettlebell see saw presses are a great exercise for strengthening your core, shoulders, and elevating your heart rate for a tremendous cardio strength workout.
This is a great exercise for teaching you balance and total body control as well.
To begin this lift you will need the availability of a pair of kettlebells of moderate resistance.
Place them on the ground between your feet with you stance slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
Next, properly clean and rack the kettlebells to your chest.
From here you are going to press one bell overhead to lock it out.
As you lower the first pressed bell press the second bell before the first one comes to rest at the racked position.
Every press should be done before the other bell is back at the racked position, therefore making the pressing continuous in fashion like a "see saw.
" This exercise is great for building muscle and optimal fat loss.
