Home Toxicity - Brushing Your Teeth to Your Death, Literally

I do a couple of singing performances a year and it's very important that i keep my voice box and my body healthy.
But there have been times in the past that I would be irritable, tired and sometimes just feeling sluggish.
During those times, that's when I just can't sing well.
My voice feels trapped in the clavicle region of my body.
Sometimes it's so "pinched" that even water won't help me "release" the voice within.
Whenever I get stressed out at work, my voice box just freezes or experiences tension.
I've taken professional singing training and a couple of times, it feels like i can't even execute the technique because of these problems.
That is, until i found out what was causing it; the very things that society and corporations would call "household personal care.
" Here's what's happening: It's not my voice that's only affected.
It's the rest of the anatomy surrounding my voice that lends to my voice's restriction.
The voice box is surrounded by two other glands: the lymph and the thyroid.
During stressful activity, the thyroid will do it's best to regulate the hormones in your body to keep it normal.
At the same time, the lymph gland will do it's job to pass the body's sewage out of the upper region of your body.
The problem during these episodes is that the thyroid won't regulate the hormones properly and it ends up pushing against the voicebox.
What's also worse is the lymph nodes could be clogged with sewage, adding to the pressure on the voicebox.
In other words, the anatomy is malfunctioning.
There are a couple of factors that affect the thyroid.
One is stress.
We have to manage it.
But it's not enough.
The other is chemical, and here's where it gets interesting.
One of the thyroid's worse enemies is flouride and formaldehyde.
Both chemicals are found in..
..
you guessed it, toothpaste.
Sure, they say it gets rid of cavities.
But it cannot guarantee that if you have a weakened immune system.
The majority of us are using store-bought toothpaste to clean our teeth...
or so we though it would.
Flouride can do some pretty hefty damage to your thyroid, and your lymph and liver try to get it out of your body.
It can also do a number on your hormones and the protein that found in your teeth (as bones have protein too.
) There is an alternative to toothpaste and it friendly for people with allergies as well.
First, it's important to detoxify your body.
When it's completely detoxified, then it's important to support your body's immune system with healthy, living nutrition.
The second, for brushing your teeth, is to use a toothpaste that doesn't use flouride or formaldehyde.
Instead, eggshell powder products provide a wonderful alternative.
Eggshells do not lend to allergies as they are only a casing for the actual yolk and white.
There is a toothpaste I highly recommend, as a singer, is called Dentrifrice, which not only does a great job cleaning your teeth, but it also prevents health problems from arising.
Try listening to a singer.
If it sounds like their voice is stuck within their body, then you can bet that their body is polluted and that they are going through stress.
You can also guess what they're using to brush their teeth with too.
