How to Make Curried Chicken

Curried chicken is a favorite dish for many people, the recipe and the directionsthat follow will teach you how to prepare it on your own.
Chicken Preparation Get your chicken parts, or a whole chicken Cut chicken in small pieces Remove skin and excess fat where possible Wash chicken pieces in cold water and lime juice.
Prepare Seasoning Two Large Onions Chopped 5 Cloves of Garlic Chopped 2 TBS of sea Salt Curry Powder Cayenne pepper Directions Combine the seasonings with the chicken in a large container the size will depend on the amount of chicken you plan on doing.
Stir with a large stirring spoon until the chicken is covered with the seasoning and curry.
Cover the container and set it your refrigerator, allow it to marinade over Night.
On the following morning or day, remove the container with the chicken from refrigerator, transfer the chicken into a sauce pan or a skillet large enough for the amount of chicken.
Pour about two to three cups or water in a sauce pan or skillet, until you can see the chicken covered.
This water will be for cooking the chicken and making it own gravy.
Put it on the stove on low fire, check frequently and stir,making sure the water is not dried out.
Let it cook for fifty minutes to an hour or until it is ready, when it is ready you should be able use a fork to test it with a fork and there should be resistance form the meat (it should be well done).
This can be served with rice or whatever other side dish you prefer.
Curried chicken is a great dish and a good source of protein that will give the body that source that it needs to function.
Please make sure that the chicken is well done, raw chicken can make you get sick.
