Secret Tips For Finding Low Budget Wedding Venues

If you plan to have your wedding in a huge ballroom with vaulted ceilings, you might be shocked at the price tag.
It can be hard to find a good deal if you rely exclusively on bridal magazines and advertisements.
However, if you're willing to dig, you can find a goldmine of low budget wedding venues! Ceremony venues can be a little bit easier than reception venues.
At most city or state parks, you can rent a pavilion or a gazebo for several hours to get married.
The only downside is that you typically have to bring or rent your own chairs-however, the cost of renting a park space along with the cost of renting chairs is still usually cheaper than the cost of getting married elsewhere.
A church can be a good bargain if you already attend the church-members can usually get married for free, a donation, or a very low fee.
If you do not attend a church, it usually is not such a good deal.
You may even be charged more than you would at a different, less traditional venue.
Good, inexpensive reception venues are hard to find, but they are there! If you are part of a church, they may have a reception hall or event hall that you can use-and since you're a member, it is often free! Another idea, in line with the ceremony idea, is to rent a park shelter.
Again, they do not have catering requirements, so if you want to save even more money you can do a potluck meal.
An added benefit is that the park will be available for the kids-since they usually fidget during long parties, having park equipment will make parents feel more comfortable about attending the wedding.
