- 1). Grasp the canvas of the camper top between the fingers and the heel of the hand, next to the snap. Leave the thumb free.
- 2). Rest the thumb of the same hand on top of the female side of the stainless steel snap.
- 3). Lift the canvas slowly and slip the female end of the stainless snap off of the male end of the stainless steel snap, which is screwed into the boat.
