- 1). Cut the fabric with scissors into a piece that is 45 by 67 inches.
- 2). Fold the fabric in half and then in half again so it's folded into fourths. Cut an eight inch square from all four corners.
- 3). Bring the two sides of one corner together and pin. Repeat with the other three sides. Sew using a sewing machine, taking out the pins as you go.
- 4). Serge the fabric all the way around. Create a casing by folding down the fabric 1/4 of an inch down all the way around to place the elastic through. Pull the elastic through the casing all the way around the material. Sew the ends together.
- 5). Sew the casing closed with your sewing machine.
